About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

If you hold permanent residence permit, are you taxed on world income, or does 5year rule apply?

I currently hold the normal work and residence permit, but satisfy the requirements for a permanent residence permit. I currently ensure that I spend one month outside China each five year period to avoid being taxed on worldwide income.
If I did obtain the permanent residence permit, would the 5-year rule still apply?

If you have a house in China, but you don't stay a full year in China, or if you don't have a house in China and don't stay a full year in China, you will be taxed only on the income within China.
