About:China Tourist Visa

My Tourist visa was canceled by the EEA because of the gov 60 extension just expired.

My L visa was cancelled with 6.5 years remaining and replaced by a 60 day temporary no entry S visa because the 60 gov extension is expiring and I still can not leave the China and return to reset the 60 Stay expiration cycle. Now that I have an S visa, can I apply for a Talent R visa or a Work Visa? What is the best option now to get a more normal visa to stay for 5 to 10 years with multiple entries?

John, you may need to apply for a new visa after you leave China. It seems not likely gain a talent R visa or a work visa based on a temporary visa extension.
