About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Is that any new rules APEC card can not enter China?

I am a Malaysian is a APEC card holder, is that any new rules must apply china visa
on every visit to China ? APEC card is no more Valid even my card still valid for another 4 years?

Yes, under current situation, APEC card holders cannot enter China, but this does not mean that it is not valid for entering China any more. After the pandemic is over, you can still use this card to enter China visa-free.
