What are the chances that china will process tourist visa in this current situation. Any suggestions

As my RP is going to expire while i have stucked in my home country and cannot travel to china due to current suspension of Forigen nationals. I need to wait till Ban is removed . At that time my visa will be expired and need to travel on tourist visa or business visa..
