About:China Customs Declaration

Milk powder for adults

If I would like to send one box with 4 cans(800 grams) milk powder by regular Post or DHL from Hong Kong to mainland China. Can I send it as a company to private person as a ecommerce cross border? If yes what's the limit in one package?
