Excuse I’m 20 years old How can I go to study university in China and How can I get the visa

You need to first contact a university in China and see if it's willing to admit you. If yes, then ask the school to send you the relevant documents like admission notice and JW 201 or 202 form. Then apply for a Chinese student visa from the Chinese embassy in Cambodia.
