Business or employment?

Hi
I am Male born on 29th October 1960. Time between 6am-7am (sorry,exact time not known during those days in the village). GMT+3 Longtitude is 39.27
How does things look for me in employment in 2020. Im jobles now for 2 years.
Is this good time to set up a small businesses?
