Changing student to working visa

Hi. I have been a student in China for the past 4years. I'm graduating this year. Can i change my student visa to working visa? What is the procedure? Must i work within my field of study or other fields far from what i studied are ok too? Lets say pursue engineering in school but work in sales and marketing department
