invitation letter

Dear Sir , I want know embassey still need Govt invitation letter from China in this Epidemic period
or showing some relaxation to issue visa for beginner or 2 time traveller

Dear, the requirements are still as same as before. Currently, no adjustment on visa regulations have been made.
