Tiger & Rat

I'm a Tiger born on Oct. 11, 1986 & had a complicated relationship with rat born May 12, 1984. Letting go is difficult but will I find a new love this 2020? I want to move house but whenever I have enough money, the family always have an emergency that needs money. I'm in real estate. Is there anything more I need to do to improve my love life & finances/career?
