Can I renew my Z VISA going to China using my expired working permit?

I'm a first time OFW bound to China but stranded due to the travel ban imposed by the Philippine Government. My ZVISA will expire this March 16, 2020 so I'm planning to renew but my employer could not get me a new permit because it's difficult since I'm a first timer and will be black listed if I could not go but I could not do anything because of the travel ban.

Rita, if you can't go to China in time, you need to apply for a new Z visa. You can have a try to apply for it using the old working permit, but this may cause your visa to be rejected.
