Will work get better?

Will my future at work getting any better? At work it’s so unfair, I got the worst position, I write lots of adjustments while other have it easy! Some days I would get so frustrated cause I deal a lot more. Also another incident happen, my lead “was” my leader lost his title cause he argue with another co-worker, I was pull to Human Resources and I told them what I had witness. My supervisor and my lead are buddy. Now when weekend roll around my supervisor ask everyone working weekend and he don’t ask me. Why am I getting punished for telling the truth!!

The prediction shows that the situation would change into a better stage in the second half of the year. The relationship with bosses and colleagues would become harmonious. Or you can also think about change another job. You actually have outstanding abilities. Good luck!
