Requirements for chinese visa when already married here in the Philippines with my Chinese boyfrien

Hi, After getting married here in the Philippines with my Chinese boyfriend. He want me to go china for us to get married there too. But is the bank deposit still required for me to get a visa? Even I'm already married to him?

The embassy website indicates that bank statement and employer letter as well as tax form are still required for those who have never applied for a Chinese visa.
