No delivery

I have had a standard letter posted from Holland in the 14th February but still no sign. In fact no letters have been dropped in my mail box for 6 weeks. Are you still delivering

Well, according to the situation, you are suggested to consult the local post office. As I know, nowadays, some post office open.
