Hello, I'm a tourist here a Macau,a Filipino citizen, its possible I can apply L visa to China, I want to visit nanning. Thank you for answer.

You can have a try at the Commissioner Office of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of China in Macau or at the China Visa Office in Hong Kong.
