Applying Visa x1 again with old documents

Hello , I applied to a Chinese university I got admission but couldn't go in time due to family problems can I apply for Visa again with the same old documents ?

Yes, if the documents are still in the validity of three months, you can use them to do the X1 visa application.

The documents are out of deadline, but the university knows and doesnt have a problem
I couldn't go because of the virus situation there
