About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

hourly passenger lounge at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

if you arrive on an international flight do you have to go thru immigration to get to the hourly passenger lounge if you are not leaving the airport

As I know, there are several rest area inside the international transfer area. Upon landing, you can contact the airport staff. :)
