Born 3/02/1972. I have struggled financially throughout my life.

I am also struggling to find the right career path.

Please advise if there is any good fortune and career prospects for me in 2020.

What can I do to improve my life.

The good news is that 2020 would be a good year for you. There would have several golden chances to find a stable job this year. You are suggested to prepare well and then pass the interview easily. You should have more confidence.
