Do I need a "Visa" to transit through CHINA?

"MNL-Manila to PVG-Shanghai Pu Dong" with "9 hour 10 minute layover"- then "PVG-Shanghai Pu Dong to CTU-Chengdu" with "3 hour 15 minute layover"- then "CTU-Chengdu to TNA-Jinan Yaoqiang" with "2 hour 5 minute layover"- then "TNA-Jinan Yaoqiang to LAX-Los Angeles International Airport, United States". All flights are scheduled and interconnecting.

Dear, you need to calculate the time gap between the scheduled arrival at Pudong Shanghai and the scheduled departure from Yaoqiang Jinan. If it's within 24 hours, you don't need a visa.
