About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Good day

I have planned a trip to Shanghai to visit my friend this February 21st .Due to the health concern I would like to know if I do fly out and come back will I be allowed to come back in Belgium .

Well, it's hard to say. You may be allowed to come back to Belgium, but if you have visited Hubei Province, you may be quarantined for two weeks.
