About:Embassy & Consulates of Pakistan in China

Is pakistani embassy in beijing open and the consulate in chengdu

Hello sir i want to invite my friend from bangladesh(a student in Xi’an) for visit.
I wanna ask if it is possible fir her to get visa and can she get from pakistani consulate in chengdu and if can is that open these days ?
