will i get a break? Bday 3/18/80

I’m finding it impossible to be happy with all negativity finding my way..I am an optimistic person and try to find good in everything even the bad..I’m in such a funk, I feel nothing will work out..will I find any peace, happiness, and love?!? I try to mediate and read positive affirmations and I feel someone has sucked the life out of me and o have accomplished so much and feel empty!
