Career Advancement

My DOB is Sept 3 1981. I am trying to progress in my career for several years and am finding it very difficult to move up the ladder or get a better role and it's frustrating. Should I stay in my current company or look outside?

According to the prediction, you can change another job. Then you would have several chances to get a promotion or increased salary.
