DOB 22/08/1974 Wood Tiger Career and Location advice

Hi There,

I would really appreciate some advice. I am currently based in Canada, have recently completed an access course to a Paramedic course, I have now be turned down twice for it. It feels like now my only choice is to return to the UK and do the course there. Am I suppose to become a paramedic and in which country am I suppose to be based?
