My partner is a Chinese citizen but we are not married. how do we get china passport for our child?

As you are not married, your baby cannot get a Chinese passport.

If your grandmother has never had a passport issued by the People's Republic of China then you need to seek help for her at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.

Sorry, that's for another thread. They may require you to renounce your kid's Philippine citizenship first before issuing him a Chinese passport.
