About:China Transit Visa

Transit visa to China?

I am indian passport holder living and working in Hong Kong and have to change my flight from xian for further journey to Istanbul. do i need transit visa for my layover of 6.5 hours. Please note i have to change flight and might have to go through security check?

HK -- > Xian --> Istanbul

Dear, you are eligible for the 24h visa-free transit in Xi'an. As you have to change the flight, you need to apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival at the airport.
