About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Visa-free transit if arrivals and departures in Beijing from different airports.

Is visa-free transit valid if arrivals at PEK and departures from Daxing international airport? The difference between departure and arrival is 12 hours. Russian passport.
