Partner visit

Hi there, I have a work visa for 6 months for Shanghai, my partner is hoping to come and stay with me for as long as possible. What is the best visa for him to get? and the longest amount of time he can Stay for?

Did you get married? If not, I'm afraid he can only apply for a tourist L visa, which may allow him to stay in China for at most 60 days.
