About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

visa free period by land and sea

HI, I am arriving in Beijing at 7.30am and departing by Cruise from Tianjin at 7pm the following day so do not qualify for the 24 hour visa free, will they be offerering the 72 hour visa free by land and see out of Beijing in the future?
