chinese new year

Question

Hello, I am coming to Seoul on the 24th of January. Would I be able to apply for a chinese visa during this time from the 24th Jan until 2nd of February or is the consulate closed during this time? I urgently need the visa as I am visiting china afterwards, thanks

Liam, the Chinese embassy will close from Jan. 24 to 30, 2020 because of the Chinese New Year, so it will be hard for you to get the visa before February 2.
