maximum stay requiered in 3rd country and possibility to attend a business meeting

good day,
is there a Minimum styover requiered in the 3rd Country? Is one allowed to attend Business Meetings druirng the 72 hours stay?

There's no minimum layover for the 3rd country.
As long as your aircraft has a touchdown there, everything is ok.
And yes, youi can attend a business meeting.
