Can you obtain a transit Visa at Lohou I am flying in to hk then I have a flight from SZ to Manila 5 days later

There is a 5 day VOA that you can apply for. Its around 400 CNY and must be paid in local currency. You are unable to visit any other Chinese cities outside of the Shenzhen City limits
