About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrive in Shenzhen but switch flights in Beijing

We arriving from Taiwan to Shenzhen, staying less then 24 hours but we would , like to leave the airport to stay at a hotel. We leave the next morning switch flights in Beijing and leave china. Is it enough with a 24 hour visa?

Dear, if the time gap between the scheduled arrival in Shenzhen and the scheduled departure from Beijing is within 24 hours, then you are able to use the 24h visa-free transit and you can apply for a temporary stay permit in Shenzhen airport using your hotel bookings in order to leave for the hotel.
