About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise Ship entry & departure

I am arriving by cruise ship to Beijing (Tianjin) from Japan for two days overnight on board then sailing to Shanghai for another two days again overnight on board.
Planning on visiting the great wall and Beijing would this be allowed under the 144Hr Visa

No. You must obtain a tourist (L) visa.
