I have a traveler coming from Hong Kong, traveling to SH the morning of January 15th and then leaving in the afternoon to go to Beijing. He will stay over night in Beijing and will leave Beijing for the US on January 16. Does he comply with the application parameters of the 144 Hour Free Transit Visa?
