2020 any hope ? Wood tiger 1974 and have Lost everything

Year 2020. Pretty much have given up at this point. Is there a good reason for me to live? Falsely accused and don’t have idea how to clear my name nor means to do so. Health money friends boyfriend job home, Gone. Is there a reason for me to live for another day?
