can a relative pick up my completed visa for me

If I have been to your visa centre, submitted all my documents and fingerprints, can a relative then go back to collect the visa on my behalf when ready? Or can it be posted to me?

If you can’t come in person due to some special reason, you can entrust someone else to pick up your passport with a letter of attorney, a copy of your ID card, and the entrusted person’s ID card. Besides, you can pay extra money to ask the visa center to post your passport back to you.
