2020 prediction for health, love, money

Born 13 february 1972. I have been unwell since 2017 with constant dizziness 24/7. Will my health improve this year? I also wish to return to my career, buy a home and get married in the future. Do you see this happening for me. If I remain ill I won't be able to achieve any of my dreams. Best wishes and health to you too.
