Auckland>Beijing>Islamabad on Pakistani Passport

Hi, Does traveling on a Pakistani Passport qualify me for a 24hr Temporary entry permit while transiting in Beijing

Not necessarily. You will qualify for transit without visa but you may have to stay in the international transit zone for the duration of your connection.

Pak passport holders and non-Pak passport holders of Pak descent (regardless of whether a dual national) will not be granted 24-hour transit in Beijing. There have been numerous reports dating back to 2018.
