About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Shanghai-Taiwan-Shanghai-London

Is it possible to fly to Shanghai from London, stay for 24 hours, then fly to Taiwan and back to Shanghai, stay for less than 6 days, then fly back to London? Under the 144 hour visa free transit rules?

Of course it is. Your itinerary, if you have mentioned your all stops, is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Shanghai twice. OK, if your first stop in Shanghai will be less than 24 hour long, then you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. In reality, there is no limit on how many times and how often you can use visa free transit scheme, being it 24 or 144 hour visa free transit.

You should print out your flight tickets and a booking accommodation confirmation for your Shanghai portion.
