My chances for love and family match

Hi,
I am born on 5 Oct 1975 and am currently in love with my flatmate born on 22 Feb 1991. We felt attracted to each other from the very beginning and our relationship grew stronger once we started living together. In 2020 he would like to move out however a life apart is currently unimaginable. Is there a chance for us in the future? Should I follow him?

Mariana, you should have a deeper communication with him and find his true feelings. If he just need to have some privacy space, I think that you should show enough understanding.
