S2 for internship

Hey,
It is now possible to do an internship with a S2 visa. Is the whole process of applying for the visa the same? I’m quite confused. Apparently, i need to enter China with a regular S2 and then get the remark « internship ». You should write an article about this that’d be awesome!!

Clem, actually the rules for foreigners to take internship in China are quite vague. Some say an S visa works, some say you need to apply for a business or work visa. So it's not easy to give a definite answer.

It’s on the Shanghai Municipaly website so I’m pretty sure it’s legal.
