Single entry visa for UK citizen applying in Malaysia

Hi there, I'm staying in Penang on a tourist visa, and I'm going to house sit for 2 weeks or so in Shenzen. a) will I be able to get a visa (as I'm on a toursit visa here) b) how much does it cost? Thanks in advance. Merry Xmas to all !

1) It's possible for you to apply for it at the CVASC in Penang.
2) The cost is perhaps 200RM.
