Can I apply visa before getting my residence card?
I am citizienship of Azerbaijan ,currently I am studying in Italy.
I want to apply for X2 student visa , however as far as I know I need residence card of Italy .But my residence card is expired date,soon I will get new one.
Is it possible to apply for China X2 visa, before getting my residence card?
