I'm born 12.01.1963 and my hubby 26.03.1949

I wish to know what 2020 hold for us financially and career wise.
1. Should my husband start a business, thinking of pet treats and meals for children and seniors.
2. I am not rewarded financially for all I do at work. I seem to cope all the time. Should I find a new job, maybe internationally
3.We want to own our our own home and desperately need a new car. Will this be good choices
4. Will I ever be a successful artists? Or you should I direct my energy in another direction
