Key Requirements for (Business Visa Extension) - Aside from the registration of temporary residence, much more importantly the application needs to be accompanied by 1) ‘Invitation of Extension Letter’ - this letter must be a Chinese business. Letter also to present company stamp. 2) and copy of Chinese Business Licence. Invitation letter must include key reasons to why applicant needs the extension period.
