You can get a visa on arrival for 100 MOP in cash if holding proof of funds of no less than MOP/HK$5,000 in cash, proof of accomodation for your entire stay and a ticket departing Macau or HK. Even if you have met the requirements, entry is still at the discretion of the immigration officer in charge
