About:China Family Reunion Visa

Family visa and delegation to China

Hello, my husband is Chinese, we live in Europe.I have Chinese family, Q1 visa, for 2 years.
My company (European) wants to send me for training to our office branch in Beijing for 2 weeks next month.
Can I go there using my current visa or should I apply for a new visa with invitation letter of our company's branch?
Would the new visa cancel my current one?

It is up to you but a family-based residence permit (assume that is what you mean by Q1 visa) does not permit paid work (although unpaid internship or training is generally permitted). The good thing is that you already hold a residence permit so most NIA offices will allow you to change to a work-based residence permit without having to obtain a Z visa from outside China. However, your current residence permit will be cancelled should you decide to apply for a new residence permit or visa.
