About:Year of the Ox

Fortune in money, career, business and Marriage in 2020

Hi, I was born Oct. 31, 1985.
I would like to ask if should it be a wise moved to change job during the year?
Will I have the luck in selling house and put up a business this year?
And lastly, me and my husband (He is born Jan. 12, 1981) are planning to start steps to get married, but will it succeed or it will end up breaking up? because time to time we fight but lesser than 13 years ago.
