do I need a transit visa of China?

I am turkish citizen (turkey passport)
I will fly from Istanbul to Tokyo as attached file

I have below questions:
-do I need a transit viza of China?
-when I arrive from Istanbul to XIY Xi An Xianyang, how I will pick up my bags?
do I need to exit from passport first?
(but I can not exit, I do not have china transit visa, or any china visa)
- after I fly from XIY Xi An Xianyang to XMN Xiamen, i will wait 10h 05m,
what will be my bags?
